The vine has lost its flamboyant autumn foliage, and the winegrower prunes the long vine shoots during pre-pruning and then mounds the vines to protect them from the cold and also promote the flow of winter rainwater.\u00a0<\/div>
After the harvest, the vine rests for a period of about 6 months (from November to March). But, if the vine falls asleep, the winegrower takes care of the winter work to maintain it and prepare it for the next vintage.<\/div>

The cellar is equipped entirely with stainless steel equipment and has a total capacity of 3,000 hectoliters (300,000 litres).
In the cellar, a few oak barrels have been installed and are reserved for the creation of limited editions in the process of being created!
